I really love the selection here BUT I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back. One lady there has a NASTY attitude! She asked if I needed help and then I told her what I was looking for and she instantly started giving me attitude and cut me off every time I spoke. Saying what I wanted was wrong. She helped me find a plastic pot and I could tell she was annoyed. When I chose a color she turned around with it and walked off without saying anything... I wasn’t done shopping but she was determined to get me out of the store. So I just ignored it and kept shopping. I let her realize I wasnt following. She then came back with it and said I’ll just leave this here until you’re ready... I don’t understand why she was so pushy. For the past two seasons I have bought all of my plants from Hoen’s and have spent more than 500 dollars each season. I have never had a problem with any plant they have sold until this fall. I bought 6 mums and all look and are doing great except one started turning brown like it had a fungus. We took that one back and instead of apologizing and replacing the plant the manager started to say we did something wrong. I would definitely agree with this except all the other plants I have are doing fantastic. So obviously I know how to water and fertilize and take care of my plants. I don’t think I will go back to them over this situation, for me customer service is number one and to be treated like a child is unacceptable. They did eventually replace the hanging basket but for me with all the other local green houses around this one bad experience has made me want to give my business to...

Shopped yesterday when rain and heavy winds hit. I had a good size purchase with hanging baskets, large potted plants, succulents, pots and items for fairly garden.cart was overflowing. No offer to help get to car other than a piece of plastic. While trying to spread plastic and unload cart, wind was moving cart,pots were toppling and falling. Tray with succulents and pots fell and pots broke. Seeing a staff member I called for help and it was given a little grudgingly. I needed to replace shattered pots and was told by clerk she did not have authority to help me. At home I found broken coleus plants and missing items. I realize you can’t be responsible for weather but after spending almost $200 I would have thought I’d get some help.
