I'm giving this place 5 stars, half because the person who walked in 15 minutes before closing doesn't seem to understand that within those 15 minutes, closing up is much more than just pulling down a gate and turning lights off. The other half is because I had a great experience.
See, sometimes you need to reorganize displays if they got messed up by customers. You need to cash in your registers and make your deposits. You need to clean up, throw out trash, reset the store for tomorrow, turn off all radios, televisions, speakers, etc and turn on the alarm and secure the building when you leave. You need to punch out on time so that way your hours aren't messed up. It's a easier said than done, and it takes a little time. Their fault for going in 15 minutes until closing.

Naturally, I was unable to determine if the root cause was a bad controller or charging cord. They replaced the controller, but refused to replace the charging cord. Upon trying the new controller, had the same issue which tells me that the problem is with the cord. Was told I could purchase a new one.
