Im a visitor from the US. I Went to this store to grabed my merchandise,went to the cashier, opened my bag and realized that i forgot both my wallet and cash. I asked an employee did they accept electronic payment such as apple pay, google and so on but i was told no. Edgar advised me that there was an alternative way that i could pay for my items and that if i had an account i could just pay for the item then go to customer service & theyll look up the item,see that ive paid for it and then i would be good. Upon making my way to customer service i was already stressed out because the whole entire process to transition my purchase location was quite easy but seemed complicated due to the fact that i was already stressed and had drove almost 30 miles to get to this location. Upon arrival at customer service there were two ladies the first lady with LONG DARK HAIR TRIED IGNORING ME, I had to ask her " Mam, may i please have some assistance here, you could tell that she wasnt intrested in helping, but by a cling, she slightly did and walked off without advising me on any further helpful details on retrieving the item. The lady with the long straight black hair made me feel like nobady! TBH, I felt descriminated on. Shortly there after i met the ONE AND ONLY MIRELYS C. OH MY GOD! She was great in everyway possible, MIRELYS saw that i needed the help, but she was taking care of another customer, this lady is a multitasker, she was helping me with the other two customers one in which was on the phone and another who was currently next to me. I had no hope of leaving the store with my items, i tried doing everything on my own but was unsuccessful, i was ready to walk out the store until MIRELYS pulled me back and advised me that i wasnt going to walk out without getting those items. I felt appreciated now for shopping at that location, MIRELYS i should say; lectured me through the whole entire process on how to get the items online. I was pleased with her and Deyaneira's help of whom showed me how to look for the specific items on line by using the number at the top of the merchandise. MIRELYS I WANT YOU TO BE RECOGNIZED BY THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU EXECUTED BY DISPLAYING THAT WHILE I WAS AT YOUR STORE. MIRELYS thank you for your help! People like you, makes a customer experience unforgettable. MIRELYS people like you, would make others want to come to that store! MIRELYS attitude of customer assistance was impeccable!! I love that! Albert was the assistant store manager, and i was able to leave MIRELYS a possitive feedback, He appreciated my feedback and advised me that there are not many who leave positive feedbacks for employees, but bad ones. Albert appreciated my comment and i do hope that these employees can be placed on the great wall of fame, in the employee gathering room. Preshift meetings should recognize the great job that these employees execute. I've dealt with so many employees at home depot in the states and only a few would go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of customer. I appreciate you MIRELYS, I appreciate you!!! An experience ill never forget, while visiting the beautiful island of PR. She was apart of making this trip memorable!!! MIRELYS the great!!!!!!!
