Los mejores tacos birria los vas a encontrar en todo Mayagüez y me atrevo a decir que area oeste. Es un sitio super accesible a todos y super facil de llegar. Los tacos son super deliciosos, tienen un sabor increíble y la carne que usan para el birria es super suave y jugosa. Tienen un Pozole de birria super delicioso de verdad que nunca he probado algo así de rico. El consomé para los tacos birria esta a otro nivel super sabroso y eleva los tacos birria a otro nivel! Desde que los dipeas en el consomé y te los comes es una experiencia inolvidable. Todo lo que tienen en el menú es super rico. El ambiente es super chill super tranquilo y cómodo. El servicio es un 11 de 10 nunca me han atendido tan bien como aquí es un servicio inolvidable. No puedo parar de recomendarlos en todo sitio que voy porque de verdad son los mejores. Si nunca has probado birria te recomiendo que llegues te sientes y los pruebes, no vas a querer parar.

We got the the quesabirria tacos with consomé and elote. Everything was very delicious and that it’s authentic. I only have 2 mentions they do not accept credit cards and the corn in the elote was sweet, but with lots of lemon and chili powder it’s still good.

I’m Mexican so was naturally inclined to try a Mexican place to eat at while on vacation in PR. This place blew my expectations out of the water. First off, the customer service from the owners was exceptional, it truly felt like I was with family. They are so sweet!! They really care and are passionate about their food. Second, the flavors!! It is authentic Birria with THE PERFECT TASTE. And omg the salsa is soooo bomb!! I don’t know any other way to put it other than this is THE place YOU NEED TO TRY!! I’ve had a lot of Birria and this is by far the tastiest and most flavorful. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be back to try on our...

The Best Birria on the Island! I had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Birria Factory, and I can confidently say it’s the best birria I’ve ever had—and surely the best on the island! Every bite was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The quality of the ingredients truly stands out, and you can tell they put care into every dish.

Birria never disappoints!!!! Not only is their food flavor-packed and beautifully presented, it's unique and so delicious! I bring all of my friends who visit and they're always so happy we make the stop. Also, the owners/ operators are really nice, care about their patrons and take pride in the product they put out. I recommend the mexican elote, quesabirria and the mulita👌🙌 next time I'm trying the birria Ramen- a friend recommends 10/10!
