I’m Mexican so was naturally inclined to try a Mexican place to eat at while on vacation in PR. This place blew my expectations out of the water. First off, the customer service from the owners was exceptional, it truly felt like I was with family. They are so sweet!! They really care and are passionate about their food. Second, the flavors!! It is authentic Birria with THE PERFECT TASTE. And omg the salsa is soooo bomb!! I don’t know any other way to put it other than this is THE place YOU NEED TO TRY!! The Best Birria on the Island! I had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Birria Factory, and I can confidently say it’s the best birria I’ve ever had—and surely the best on the island! Birria never disappoints!!!! Not only is their food flavor-packed and beautifully presented, it's unique and so delicious! I bring all of my friends who visit and they're always so happy we make the stop. Also, the owners/ operators are really nice, care about their patrons and take pride in the product they put out. I recommend the mexican elote, quesabirria and the mulita👌🙌 next time I'm trying the birria Ramen- a friend recommends 10/10!
