Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in McAllen

Your location on Dove and Ware Rd in McAllen is way under par as compared to other location. This is the only store that refuses to make our taco with shredded cheese vs the American Slice. All your other stores either have a cold tray of the shredded cheese on hand or they go to the back and get it. The big guy there making the tacos needs to be placed on check as he thinks he a gangster or something. If you are too lazy to go and get the cheese your customer wants, it's simple, find another job that is not customer service oriented. Your staff here really really needs training as they ate slow and can't seem to please...

I tend to order a large amount of tacos here and unlike other stores I have never gotten a mean look and my tacos are made full and fast. This store has become my go to when traveling to work in the mornings. Addedly, Carolina the store leader was awesome for taking over due to a lack of employees and had my order ready...
