I wish I could give zero starts to begin with!!! I came to this store all the way from Austin tx and the way this employee made me feel was horrible !!!!!!! Never again and I will make sure all my people know about this! To begin don’t expect to be greeted, this lady that unfortunately I didn’t get her name old looking lady was so rude and unprofessional. I’m a size 12/14 I understand that on some of these dresses the size is super small that I understand but the way she handle and made it seem was definitely not ok ! I saw this dress very elegant and beautiful it was a size 16 I wanted to try on she keep insisting that I wouldn’t fit me because the dress size was smaller than what it actually says “made me feel big FAT “ mind you this lady was a bigger than me . Lady if I wanna try any size let me !!! her response was “ este es único exclusivo de la tienda y se puede dañar” excuse me ! Exclusive or not as a costumer I would make that decision if it fit me or not!! Just because you look at someone you decide if it fit them or not that’s not how it is! We drove in from Corpus Christi,TX & After browsing over 8-10 stores, this store was it for us! We purchased 2 quinceanera dresses over this weekend. The staff were professional, friendly and patient with us. They allowed my daughter and niece to try on as many dresses as they wanted.
