Very disappointed in how we were treated today. My husband and I went in with our almost two year old looking to buy something things when our son needed a diaper change. Not knowing the place had a bathroom available to the public. We noticed the changing room was available so we went in to use it to change his diaper. When a lady came to the outside and said how many more can you fit in there, my husband responded none. Our son started to cry I said it’s okay almost done with the diaper change. That’s when the woman’s voice responded saying “oh lord folks are you kidding me we have a bathroom” my husband responded oh we didn’t know. Everything the women said was in a very rude tone. Worst customer service ever! Female clerk did not acknowledge my friend and I when we came in, but sat there with her earbuds in, watching her phone. We got a snotty look when we asked a question, and then she told my friend to pay with a card instead of cash, "because most McCall vendors prefer cash." My friend said no, we had been shopping all morning with cash and it had not been an issue. The girl drug her cash bag out and scoffed as she filled the register. When the transaction was complete she pushed my friends purchase across the counter with no bag. I immediately returned the items I was going to buy and we left. Will never shop here...
