Since admitting our mom to MRCC our family has been so pleased with the attention, love and care she has received from the wonderful staff. From the get-go our interactions with the administration, business manager, RN Staff, CNA's, Housekeepers, Cindy the laundry angel and Dr. Allen have all been favorable without exception. We have interacted on many occasions with the kitchen staff and they have always been so kind and creative to accommodate our mom's needs. Mom loves to play bingo with Richard and Brandon has been safe and attentive when transporting mom to an outside appt. The PT, OT, Speech Therapists have always communicated well with their assessments. They keep safety and patient well being as their primary focus. One of the very best aspects of MRCC is the family atmosphere that they have created for their residents. I can feel the love when I visit mom. Overall, we feel very blessed and grateful to have this facility in McCall. I am glad I am close enough to visit...

The place is old and very dirty. Food is typical GMO cheapest stuff available. I would starve there its very disgusting, White bread with bologna?? Ugg. My parents were there while dad rehabilitated from a stroke. The staff was nice and did a good job of communicating to us. Never saw the doctor. Never talked to him even though we had questions.
