I do NOT recommend this place or the store in Frisco, TX under any circumstances! I spent $70.00 on an item that when I got it home it didn't work, It wouldn't turn on at all. I took it back to the store in McKinney completely unused the very next day and told them it wouldn't turn on, She agreed and told me it was returnable under the manufactors warranty, however I had purchased it in Frisco and it would need to be returned there. She continued to attempt to turn it on and while she was doing that, she turned it to far and broke it. She then said "The reason it doesn't work is because it is broken and unfortunately I don't think it can be returned" SHe held it up and showed how it had separated and was broke, I assumed since she said it couldn't be returned because she had broken it that she would replace it at her store. Instead, she said she didn't break it and her coworker that was standing there also said it was separated when I brought it in. WTH? If it was broken when I brought it in, then why take the time to try to turn it on over and over again? Then she told me that the 30 minutes it was in the car exposed to heat would also make it non returnable. I had spend $70.00 on a product that didn't work and was being told by 2 bald faced liars that there was nothing they were going to do. I left, went to the Frisco store expecting them to listen to what I had to say and allow me to exchange it. Instead, I was not allowed to even tell what happened, she took one look at it and said its obviously broken and she wouldn't take it back, however she would give me a lovely whole 10% off any purchase. Why the heck would I purchase another thing from either one of those stores? The employees are rude, liars, and have no people skills at all and really should not be working in retail or any profession in which customer service is involved. I would never recommend this...

I had never been to an adult store before and was very nervous about purchasing my first toy. They lady that was working that day was very friendly and nice. She asked me alot of questions about specifically what i wanted. She showed me alot of different options in a wide range of prices. They do have ALOT of options. I picked something out and she advised me on prober lubrication to use, how to clean it, how the toy worked and how to store it proberly. I never would have thought of some of this things she was telling me. She was very knowledgeable and professional and. By the time i left i wasnt nervous at all. Deffenatly will be back for...

I love this place so much! Every time I visit the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable! Shout out to Sylvia for being super helpful and her bubbly personality made the shopping experience 1000 times better! I took my friend 11-10-20 night, it was her first time in a shop like that and she was so nervous and didn’t know much, she walked out with about $100 worth of stuff thanks to Sylvia!
