Never to rent a space from this Landlord. He would find way to kick you out or to decline renewing your lease when someone offers to pay more for your rented space, although you still have a contract. Landlord would not fulfill his duty to maintain the shopping center's appeal by not cleaning up garbages trashed in front of business stores. Managers who Landlord hired dragged their feet when we tried to do a lease assignment to a buyer of our business. Landlord spilled lies that our business buyer are not financially qualify to keep us business owners on the hook as lease guarantors when in fact our buyer has great credit, owned 2 companies including a highly profitable trucking company. Our last days on the lease, we reached out trying to get our security deposit back. No replies from Landlord's representatives. Last but not least, Landlord allowed owner of a business that provides our exclusive services to open for business 3 days before our lease officially ended, competing head to head with us, and violated our exclusivity clause on the lease. The restaurant was not crowded and there were open tables but it took 20 minutes for me to be seated. Once seated the table was still wet. I order a smoothie, but by the time I got the smoothie it was melted because it took 15 minutes to get our drinks so it's apparent that the drinks had been sitting for awhile before we got them. It took almost 30 minutes before we got our food, and when we got it we couldn't eat it because there was no silverware. I asked the waitress for silverware and it took her 5 minutes to bring it. So I'm sitting there with food with no way to eat it. My son kept asking why is is it taking so long daddy. My pancakes came upside down and when I flipped them over they were over cooked. I also asked for a booster seat that never came. It took everything in me not to walk out of that place. Something needs to be done about this place. The customer experience is terrible. All of these issues happened in one visit. I really like Denny's, however I will not be going back...

There was ice on top of the pancakes inside the butter. The flatware was replaced as it wasn't clean after 2 tries, I just asked for to-go flatware. But worst of all the server just didn't appear to look clean or tidy. In this time of covid19 it's really hard to dine-in somewhere and still feel safe to eat there when things don't look clean. This place should be required to have a restaurant health evaluation & posted it in plain view upon completion! Hopefully after some sanitizing it will be proudly displayed. But as for me, I will...
