So- we live across the street from this “establishment” . It’s frustrating that Oregon allows for people to buy permits, essentially bending the noise ordinance laws and extending noise time. Many quinceanera’s and noisy parties keep us up, at all hours of the night here . Now people are trying to be “funny” and have parties first thing in the morning. I can hear their music over my Dolby 5.1 surround sound. You guys RUIN property values and joy.

Read moreGreat country fair and rodeo. Every year this fair is a welcome break in the summer. Take time to look at all of the livestock and animal exhibits. The young future farmers work year round preparing to show their animals.
The fellow attendees are friendly and welcoming. Attended multiple days and the crowds were very manageable.
Parking is easy and convenient. Prices are reasonable for entry, the rodeo, and parking. Food is high as expected, but good quality. The evening concerts were enjoyable and the performers put on a good show. The crowd was a good mix of children and folks relaxing in the perfect summer evening; many brought blankets and chairs to rest on.

For $10 it will get a adult in for the day that price includes the rodeo and concerts. Most if not all fairs it will cost extra to attend both of those things. To those people living across the street from the fairgrounds in the apartments you knew when you moved in that there was a fairgrounds across from you.
