Horrible unless they have a great way of performing hate crimes every experience Ive encountered has been horrible from the food to lattes to frappes and most recently there was A HORRIBLE taste in my coffee like chemicals but times before it was decent. The lack of customer service is horrible besides one girl that works there. Also they only fill my Lattes 3/4 and do so much milk its insane. Only once I got a great drink here in years before their Remodel and after. Nothing has changed. ALSO They never give receipts you shouldn't have to ask for a receipt it is supposed to be given to every customer. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and 2 vanilla steamers. I get there was only 1 lady working but she took way too many peoples orders at once and tried to make them all at the same time. She was not paying attention at all too what she was doing, she should have actually tried to pay attention to orders so she made what people ordered. The steamers were just straight milk with no flavor and WAY to hot, when I asked her to do cooler temp for little kids. My white chocolate mocha was just milk and espresso, no flavor and the milk she added was cold. I ended up having to throw all 3 drinks away because they were horrible and she refused to make it right. What a...

The people are so sweet. Amazing, and the coffee is always perfect. Love them here.

Update: I'm happy to see my favorite crew every time I come in. They make you smile, laugh, comfortable and every cup of coffee made is absolutely perfect, and they never disappoint.
