Panda Express — Restaurant in McMinnville

The service is getting poorer every time I go in. You got employees who lack the customer service etiquette, they never smile, act snobby, stuck up and act like they don't want to be working there.we went in on 4/19/15 around 8:30pm and the employee made faces at the first people in front of us. When it was our turn we did not receive the correct food portion I believe it was due to more customers entering and he did not want to make more. He left us waiting for 5min while he ran off to do other things, and during that time a 2nd employee helped someone else from beginning to the end. On line it shows panda express is open until 9:30pm when another guest asked for fresh food the employee told him they couldn't because they where closed already (8:59pm) when online it states they where open until 9:30pm. More customers started to arrived and that same employe shut off the lights with people still dining in the restaurant. I would rather get my Panda express in another location then to continue to receive their poor...

I had Panda Express for the first time about 8-9 months ago, and their food was always amazing. However, in the past two months, their food consistency and quality has drastically changed. Portion sizes are insanely small for their pricing, and the food sometimes has nearly no real flavor. The Normal Orange Chicken is my go-to, but it's had a ramp-up in spice and has lost nearly all of it's original flavor. It's just genuienly not that good anymore, and I usually love spicy food! Please fix your portion sizes, and stop replacing flavor with heat! The Orange Chicken is full of spice and literally leaves a burning sensation in my mouth for an hour or two.. and don't get me started on how often the employees just ignore the massive line of customers and walk around for no reason! I have eaten here multiple times. I have never had a problem with service or food. Just today 12/9/21 I was served raw chicken. It's clear that the piece of chicken was cut too thick and didn't cook all the way through. It was crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. I would advise anyone to avoid eating their almond chicken. I tried to call multiple times to handle this quietly. They let their phone ring and they don't have a voicemail. One time when I called, they clearly picked up and then ended the call.

Aside from this the two ladies working for very nice. I didn't finish the rest of the food but what I did eat tasted good. I would rate the experience higher, however being served raw chicken is an instant zero for me. If the owner or manager wishes to reach...
