I placed an order with the drive through where the attendee acted as though they could not here me even though I was speaking quite loud and clearly with my vehicle turned off. They asked me to proceed to the windows to complete my order. Fine, I proceed forward. I order my burger and fries with the polite young lady, very friendly but clearly not the male I ordered from via drive through kiosk. I recieve my food promptly and leave drive through. Stopping in parking lot of establishment I sample the fries... colder than my dead grandmother and clearly stale! I made my order at drive through approximately 910pm maybe 915 Topps! I park, walk inside and ask the attending manager (identified by uniform) to please re make my order. He asked what my issue was, a little condescending-ly I tell him my fries were colder then my dead grandmother and I would like my order re made. He ablieges though he makes a comment under breath that I could not understand but something about special fries.. I order basic small fries and value double cheese burger. I recieve my freshly made food and watch it's making. Nothing strange except when fresh fries are made they are clearly heavily! salted! I take my second batch of food and seated myself in lobby to eat. Fries are so salty as to be un edible, like so salty as on purpose to be so! My burger was satisfactory and relieving service of employee, a young lady, was above average in customer service but her body language spoke volumes as if she understood my problem, the manager whom had taken my order or placated too and seemed to bundle said order purposefully. I wouldn't usually go out of my way to complain but the actions of said young male manager (identified by uniform) were extremely agreegious and seemed deliberate! That is flat un except able! Vindictive malicious behavior at instruction of a manager!!! As i said the young lady employee was excellent and polite but her body language when returning order in side establishment spoke volumes! Also I was not provided a receipt both times, original drive through order then in store order requesting re make of said order. Date of order 09/16/2025 Mc Minville, Oregon approximately 9:15 pm at latest most likely...

Food was slipped together. And a giant chunk of lettuce core in one. Very disappointed. And workers like this want $14 an hour?

Read moreWhile waiting for my honey mustard chicken wrap at the drive thru not only did I wait at the window for a total of 5 mins, while the young lady chatted on her cell phone before anyone acknowledged I was there, but I watched the man with a tattoo on his right arm, who was supposed to be cooking, eating French fries AND then putting food in bags where another young lady grabbed and stuck her ungloved hands in the bag, apparently checking the items, who knows.By the time I got my wrap and out of the drive through my son asks me "are we supposed to have chicken in this wrap" sadly it was a tortilla with lots of lettuce and a tomato, no chicken let alone honey mustard. I had hoped Burger King would have upped its game in the year since I last attempted eating there. I was very wrong. Not only unsanitary practices taking place but the food was inadequate, and that is putting it nicely. Why anyone thinks it's a good idea to put a new one in town is beyond me. I wonder if any of them have a food handlers card and if the place has ever had an inspection. Never again! Disgusting, waste of...
