Jack in the Box — Restaurant in McMinnville

Terrible customer service. We were in the drive through ready to order our food and it took awhile. Then when she answered she was rude. We got done ordering ONE of our meals and she asked if there was anything else. We politely said ketchup and before we could continue she gave us our price. That wasn’t the problem though. When we said we weren’t done she rudely said “I asked if you wanted anything else” and my dad said “well we weren’t done”. We finish your order and pulled up to the window. (She had blond short hair and was middle age) She didn’t tell us the price until we got up to the window and wasn’t even done inputting the stuff into the system by the time we got up there. She asked us what we wanted to drink with our last order which we said twice in the drive-through. She then said the price and was talking to her coworker about something completely different when we were trying to hand her the cash. When we got our food we drove away. We ended up getting 3 cokes when we wanted a dr. Pepper and 2 Coke’s. We also never got ketchup and we order loaded tiny tacos and just got the normal ones then never got a receipt. For the most part, I have good things to say about the McMinnville Oregon store. On Saturday the 5th we went for lunch and for the first time got the worst meal ever. Husband and I ordered the same meal and even tho it is supposed to be made to order. You could tell our hamburger Patty has been on a warmer for a bit. It has the hard dark cooked edges and the inside was really grey. If it was the right size, it sure did not fit the bun. Was more like a small patty for a regular burger. Has half of our bun left. The lettuce and every thing was just pulled in the middle. The bun was dry enough that the top was flaking off. Just an all out mess. The fries has been cooked in old oil. Just that over used oil taste. Same with the onion rings. Batter was just falling off. We ate in the parking lot and the lobby at this place is closed and the drive thru was lined up. We didn’t eat our lunch and should have just called them. Wasn’t worth the hassle. Will call on Monday and let the manager know. I have worked many a fast food and know when things are over cooked and dirty oil. Haven’t had to work at one in a long time...

Today we decided to eat our fast food inside Jack in the Box in McMinnville. Won't do that again: smelly garbage can in front of the door. Order took 18 minutes, turns out they processed it as drive thru window order and left it sitting there. No clean tables. A nice young man wiped off one for us, left all other tables as they were. He had a huge Afro hairstyle and no hairnet/cover. Weeds growing all around the exterior of building. We ordered Teriyaki bowl, no fork. Asked for one and server explained that they have no forks, but he gave us a long handled spoon to use.

It's our own fault for opening the door next to smelling garbage can and entering. Only others inside were two girls waiting for an interview, a guy who ordered ahead but did eat inside and a Door Dasher who came and went . I guess it's good to occasionally take a close look at where your food is prepared. Do not understand any circumstances use...
