Today's Dance Center Inc — Local services in Medford Township

While I will withhold judgement on their actual ability to dance and to teach others to dance because I am not qualified in that respect (and it does seem like they have some excellent individuals as instructors) the management of Today’s Dance Center leaves much to be desired on other fronts. This review spans both the pre and post COVID environment, so this isn’t just a picture of a business struggling to adapt under challenging circumstances but a business struggling to communicate and operate in a reasonable fashion the entire time I have interacted with them. Their lack of coherent communication is maddening to say the least. When you are the recipient of multiple emails attempting to communicate information, each iteration still leaving out vital details, it leaves one scratching your head in bewilderment. Sure, everyone can have a bad day and miss something but the frustration really sets in when you realize this is how every interaction with these people plays out. Sometimes it seems like I could have a more useful conversation with a dolphin. The setup and overall experience of their recent recital was reminiscent of a student run middle school play except this was managed by adults. Yikes. Filming for Zoom broadcasting on an iPhone so people who paid to watch over Zoom see a few tiny ants dance around far off in the distance until the video feed cuts out? Overpromising and underdelivering on every front, not to mention overcharging relative to other local options, my sincere advice would be to look elsewhere for your budding...
