The staff at this particular location were amazing and so helpful!. We had arrived at 9:20 (ten minutes before closing time). We were looking for a soccer ball and being the customers that we are, we spent 20 minutes trying to find the correct soccer ball. If you can do the math, we were there for 10 minutes past the time they were supposed to closed. Not only did they allow us to stay later to pick out the right ball, but a man by the name of Anthony stuck by us and recommended some products and pulled some out and asked if we liked them. We wanted a particular ball in a size 5, which was not on the shelves. Instead we found another one. After we chose one that we thought we liked. We went to check-out and tried to see if there were any current discounts for that item. We were disappointed to see that there were none currently available. During this time Anthony had disappeared and we thought he was done for the night. Anthony came back with the correct size ball that we had originally wanted. However, this ball was almost twice as much as the one we had on the counter. Then, the manager Ryan, gave us a discount because we couldn't find it the first time. After spending 20 minutes selecting and fitting a Bauer hockey helmet for my child, I proceeded to the checkout to make the purchase. Upon reaching the cashier, I noticed that the final price was approximately $10 higher than the price displayed on the helmetās box. This discrepancy in pricing is concerning and, in my opinion, should not be permissible.
I then had to wait again while the cashier called for a manager to address the issue. However, when the manager arrived, instead of resolving my concern, the cashier began assisting another customer, leaving my issue unresolved. Frustrated with the delay and lack of attention, I ultimately left the store without completing my purchase.
In total, I spent 30 minutes in the store with no result, and I am deeply dissatisfied with both the incorrect pricing and the poor level of customer service. This experience was not only frustrating but also felt unjust, as charging more than the listed price should be addressed and corrected...

And my shopping for soccer cleats for my son had neither. With most shoe stores, the inventory of shoes is accessible to the public. Not at Dick's. Every time I wanted my son to try on a pair, we had to find the employee working in the shoe area & he'd go to the back-room. May not sound that bad but, when you have 1 employee & 5 people looking for shoes, it was a 15 minute way for each size of shoes we wanted. (He'd have to go in the back-room multiple times for the 4 other customers before he could help us.) Between my son's growing foot, the thickness of soccer socks & his wide feet, we had to try on 4 different sizes, so it meant an hour of just waiting. We requested 2 different shoes at once in the same size each time (not all sizes were in-stock). Otherwise, it would've been an even longer wait.
