Gotta feel for these guys! First 99 was under construction for two years while they built sidewalks so the tweakers wouldn't be inconvenienced. Then the tweakers set a fire that burned the side of the building. Then the city sealed off the building and won't even let them recover the merchandise thats sitting there. The only thing left is for the tweakers to loot the store.

Honestly I'm just mad because all the other grow shops are awful. Please...

Always liked this place, but had a couple issues recently.

I'm pretty sure that a new cashier guy just scammed me for twenty bucks today. Could've been unintentional since he seemed high off his ass ("more than herb") but my instinct says no. Didn't have time to force them to count the drawer.
