I cannot express enough gratitude for Andrew, an outstanding environmental engineer who saved me and my family from a nightmare situation. I was in the process of selling my lakefront property, where we’d built a porch, assuming everything was handled by the first engineer I hired. Unfortunately, I discovered too late that crucial conservation steps had been missed, resulting in the town issuing a stop order that threatened the entire project.

When I contacted Andrew, he stepped in like a true hero. He worked tirelessly with the town’s conservation team, filed applications, arranged mitigation, and communicated with me and all town members every step of the way. Communication is extremely important, and Andrew’s calm demeanor and skillful work kept us reassured throughout the process. I hired Vineyard Engineering for a survey on our home in Spring 2022 and had a really wonderful experience. They are capable, friendly and knowledgeable.
