Let me start by saying I don't like the ordering process. At all. I called ahead of time and actually made a reservation, I probably didn't need to. Nobody else was in the entire restaurant probably just there at 6 o'clock on a Saturday night. Maybe a first red flag? Not sure. We were seated by somebody that was very nice. And then she just walked away. We didn't know we had to order any other specific way. There's a QR code you click. And then it shows you the menu. It just would come back and take the order. I don't. The woman finally walked by and asked us are you going to order? Which we responded, and she explain to her the order for the app. So if you're gonna be sitting inside of my opinion. Still order for a sushi roll platter of spicy sushi, and a Pupu platter for two. Just basic fare nothing special. No drinks, just water. It came out very fast. Almost too fast. Like it was back there, and they just needed to heat it up, but I'm not sure. Each item was very routine. Nothing to write home about. Solid Chinese American Pupu platter, and solid Japanese American sushi. She came back twice to refill my water. But nothing else. And. You have to check out on the app as well. It was just a weird experience. I don't think we go back. When we were there, three or four phone calls. I'm assuming that's probably for people who did takeout or delivery, but I would expect to be much busier on a Saturday night. Just my opinion. Paragraph. It was in writing. It was just a weird experience overall.

A very cozy place in Medford on a street corner that you'd miss if you weren't looking for it. I was immediately greeted and sat at the bar to watch the chefs. I ordered the House Hot Sake which came out at the perfect temp and taste. I was then given a complimentary order of what seemed like an orange pickeled cabbage with slices of avocado. Very tasty! I then ordered the Sashimi Sushi Combo with a side order of sashimi octopus. The octopus was the freshest I've ever had and were thick slices. The rest of the meal was expertly prepared with attention to the presentation. Sashimi was again cut thick and melted in my mouth. The sushi was a crunchy roll that had a great blend of tastes. The whole meal was the perfect amount of food for a hungry person. I ended with a Sapporo beer and thanked the chefs for a wonderful dinner. I would highly suggest to have dinner here if you love sashimi! I'll be back!

My review is based on my experience ordering delivery from this restaurant through GrubHub. The restaurant did not just fail to deliver my order, they mocked my wife and me when we called them up to check the delivery status, going so far as to say, as one example among many things that were told to us, "Do you speak English? You are Indians right? You can't speak English." I consider this statement to be racist and outright rude. When I figured out there was no point talking to whoever was on the other line from the restaurant, I called GrubHub customer care. Although they tried their best to resolve the situation, the food never got delivered. Over the next 20 minutes or so I got two calls from the restaurant telling me that the delivery guy was outside my house - both the times I went out to check and there was nobody. Finally, after about an hour since the whole ordeal started, I got another call from the restaurant and this time a relatively polite gentleman told me GrubHub had cancelled my order (when I'm very sure they didn't - they just tried to coordinate the delivery) and if I wanted to reorder I needed to give him my credit card details. That's a red flag for me of course so I refused and called back GrubHub to ask for a refund on the original order that never arrived (still processing I believe - yet to hear back from GrubHub). I have barely ever had issues with GrubHub, it's list of amazing restaurants or their delivery services but this one caught me off guard and left me feeling insulted...

Some of the most terrible service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The first time I went with my partner, we sat at the table for about half an hour before a server even acknowledged us. Normally, the first question you are asked is what you would like to drink, but the server went straight to asking (rather impatiently) if we were ready to order yet.

The food was actually pretty good, but it took much longer than expected to arrive. Instead of asking about desserts, etc., we were abruptly given a bill and feeling incredibly rushed to leave.

We decided to try it again a few months later, hoping that perhaps they were just off their game that night. We walked in and we're completely ignored by the hoses. After waiting about 15 minutes, we just went to the bar and asked to be seated. The bartender seemed to be looking for a table, but never came back to follow up. After bring ignored by the hostess for yet another 15 minutes, we decided that the food, while good, was not special enough to tolerate the complete lack of professional service this place provides.

If you like to be ignored, rushed, and average food, this is your joint. However, if you like fast, friendly service, reasonable prices, and good food, check out some of their competition in...
