I received a gift for Christmas and it was the wrong size. When I went to return it I was told I could only get store credit even though when my husband bought it he was told they take returns. It wasn’t mentioned that store credit only was the policy. After months of going back looking for something I wanted I finally gave in a purchased some “gold filled” rings and a necklace. I was told they were silver and filled with gold, whatever that means. I have been wearing the one ring for all of 4 hours now, not gotten it wet and my fingers are turning green. I didn’t expect great quality given the price but honestly I’d be better off with $10 jewelry from Amazon. I’m more upset given the quality that just getting a refund initially was not an option. I put a pair of earrings to my ears and put my mask down for a minute and she said you don't have it on properly. I asked her about being confused by this because I was under the impression the mask policy was lifted and she got defensive. It was just conversation. I was confused....needless to say I just left. Id say everything there is fairly priced, and everything there is beautiful.
