We came to him with a picture of what we wanted & several pieces of sentimental value and he was able to calculate the scale of everything doing mental math. I have visited this store three times recently hoping to sell inherited jewelry. One the first visit, the owner offered a fair price for the jewelry that I showed him but I decided to check elsewhere before selling to make sure that I was getting the best price. On the second visit, the owner was rather impatient and short with me so I left. On the third visit, the owner seemed to be in a bad mood, was short tempered with me and offered substantially less for the jewelry than he did on the first visit.
