We are looking for a new jeweler as the one we went to retired. Got two pieces of jewelry, bracelets that were not high end. We wanted to see how customer service was before we bought better pieces. The first bracelet broke before I could wear it. The clasp for the end decoration piece fell off. I went to pick up the second one that was special ordered , and brought the broke one. They offered to send it to her or fixed and said it would be back within the week. They also said there would be no charge. When I went to pick it up they said their world be a charge. If they would have been honest in the beginning. I would have asked for a refund . Now we will continue looking for a jeweler. I wish Barnby world have stayed in business in Brunswick. We can’t find anyone with the same customer service they had. I need to get a few good pieces before this summer. So, the search...

Annelise is such a wonderful person!!! She is honest and helpful in every way. The jewelry in her store is not only beautiful, many of the pieces are one of a kind. It is so hard to find people who run an honest business and really want a relationship with their costumers, Annnelise IS this person! One can certainly tell that she knows fine jewelry and loves what she does! We love to shop locally and felt really good about our purchase here! Tina is also just as wonderful in helping to find that right piece....AND she is the artist behind all of the lovely paintings...

What a treat this place is. The jewelry is beautiful and fairly priced. The owner, Anna, is probably the most delightful person in town. It was worth stopping in just to meet her. If you want something unique and made with care, plus an unmatched buying experience you simply can't go wrong here. I didn't buy anything super fancy, but Anna treated me like I mattered and she treated my purchase with the care of someone who just genuinely enjoys what she does.
