This is the first and last time we will ever go to this shop. My son was sleeping in his stroller and we were asked to LEAVE MY STROLLER OUTSIDE due to space! Not only is this shop not accessible to strollers but I feel bad for anyone in a wheelchair as clearly the layout is not appropriate and the stairs to get to the lower level make it impossible. Iām not sorry for not spending our money on what seemed like a cute shop from the outside but when Iām asked to leave our stroller outside during an extremely busy day due to the market and traffic in general, Iām not willing to risk our stroller getting stolen just to come inside the establishment, because I can almost guarantee if it were to get stolen it wouldnāt have been their responsibility. Maybe consider rearranging the store to make it accessible to EVERYONE rather than making asinine requests because if I recall most standard wheelchairs, transport chairs and rollators are generally the same width as most 1 child strollers. I saw the response to the review below āSince you did not have the opportunity to experience our exceptional customer service that is also an unfair comment. Thank you for being so considerate to post a negative review about us when you don't even know anything about us.ā being in customer service the first thing that is learned is first impressions are everything and ours left much to be desired. Have you ever considered that you havenāt heard about issues because people with strollers, wheel chairs, rollators, etc just keep going rather than...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family and I usually really enjoy shopping at this establishment, but after today we will no longer support it. My THREE YEAR OLD nephew just so happened to be running around like any normal child their age and not only was he yelled at, but my family was yelled at too. We were also told that he needs to learn manners, but I do believe the worker is the one in need of a lesson on manners. Honestly, Iām not sure why this store gets so many positive reviews when there are mean and nasty people that work there. If you are so miserable in your life and cannot treat people with kindness, then maybe find another job where you do not have to work with the public. If we were asked kindly to not allow my nephew to run around, then fine, no problem. We would have stopped it immediately, but that was not the case in this situation. I read the two other negative reviews and I agree, the store is way too cramped and is almost not accessible for any normal person. I can also tell by the responses to both of the posts that the owner is not a nice person. If you want positive reviews, then maybe you should apologize for any inconveniences...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely love this wonderful gem of a shop in historic, downtown Medina. Iāve been visiting and shopping here for over 20 years, and have never been disappointed. Whether youāre looking to treat yourself or find a special gift, this is the spot. Everything is unique whether itās for your home or cool, artistic clothing or jewelry to wear thatās one of a kind. I promise, people will always ask where you found it. Iām addicted to her Sorrelli jewelry collection. And I never miss a visit over the holidays, because she offers the most creative gifts. And her store windows are a work of art to behold. The owner, Carmen, is a joy to know and will always offer tidbits of interest about her finds...both vintage and new. Treat yourself to a great lunch and ice cream in beautiful, downtown Medina square, and make sure you stop in to see this very...
