I texted Emina to get the treatment(s) done on my inner thighs, she had me scheduled. The day I was suppose to have my appt she texted me to tell me she was sick. She asked me if we can reschedule I said ok. My second attempt to get the treatment done, she again texted me the same day I was about to go in for treatment and said she had to cancel because her child has to go to doctor. Once again I said ok, again she rescheduled me for today. I woke up this morning and was about to get ready for my visit with Emina, she texted me again the 3rd time and cancelled me again. Three times she has cancelled me with different excuses. According to her 3rd excuse she was still sick with flu, therefore she has to cancel me because she doesn't want her clients getting sick. The excuses sounded too good to be true, so I asked my husband to stop by Emina in her office "just in style" when guess what Emina was at work, she didn't look like she was sick, and if she had flu and was concerned to get her clients sick, why did she go to work? What about getting her co-workers sick?. Emina showed the machine she uses to do treatments and my husband said to her I want to show you something, he took out the phone with my messages and hers, all she said was "oh my god". My husband asked her if she had something against me, or is there someone else who know me and maybe asked her to cancel my appoitments and not help me at all. Emina told my husband she has nothing against me and that no one else is involved with her decisions. My husband asked her, will you do the treatments for my wife?, Emina said she would help me and she said I will text your wife to come in to get the treatments started.I was waiting for her to do as she told my husband she would, but no message, no apology, nothing. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. I feel sorry for the person who gave her job, because her actions are making the business look BAD and its unfair that business has to suffer because of someone who is incompetant to do their job. Plus, she is a liar and it seems as if she is picking who she wants to do treatments for. To me her actions and behavior is so disrespectful. Hopefully her boss will see that her emplyee is not a good fit for her job or business. I'm beyond dissappointed and disgusted for contacting her in first place and hoping to get some help. If Eminas boss would like to see the messages and if she wants my husband to come with me to confess what she has done and how she played around making me think she will help.

Thank you for nothing and I hope this review will make people aware that "just in style" has an employee that is not a good fit for this bjsiness. Please stay away from people like Emina, take your business elsewhere, don't be fooled by...

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great outcome when getting my hair done. I left unhappy and disappointed. I had dark brown hair and wanted a change! I got in pretty quickly and was excited. Everything seemed to be going well until I seen the color after being rinsed. I could tell it wasn’t nothing I asked for. I showed her a photo of how I wanted it, actually multiple photos. If it couldn’t have been done it shouldn’t have been attempted to be done, now my hair is all blotchy, uneven, and doesn’t blend well at all. I reached out to the girl who did it and she said it was the toner that faded. My hair looks half and half like nothing is blended. I told her in the beginning that I did not want any orange. If she couldn’t achieve my goal she really shouldn’t “try” on someone’s hair. My hair is very damaged. I messaged her she got defensive when I was professional and nice, she was like what you want me to do? I didn’t ask for a refund but did let her know that her client wasn’t happy. My friends and family were noticing how horrible it wasn’t blended and told me to write a review. I paid $250 for my services and I tipped her. She offered to give me a tone. I just don’t think that can possibly fix the issue. Again, she was nice and friendly but my hair isn’t anything like I showed her. Now, I have to write a review that isn’t good for the business. Honestly hands down the best salon I have been to. I have been going to get my nails done here for two years and Amanda is absolutely amazing! I also went to get my hair done with Berisa recently and she did an amazing job! My hair honestly turned out way better than I had ever imagined it could. I love this salon because it’s basically a one stop shop! Do you want your hair, make up, nails done? They got it! They even offer other services such as lash extensions, micro blading, maxing, and so much more. The staff is very friendly and they are great at what they do!
