I want to start this review with a disclaimer; The employees at this location are not the issue. I can spend ten minutes giving you my resume, and talk about Shift-Left Initiatives, and Hoshin Kanri Planning (I won't, but I could).
There is a shift in culture at this store, and it has happened over the course of the past 2 to 3 months. If you're not actively looking for the signs, here's the tell; The employees you love (because they're always smiling) are no longer smiling. The employees that took the time to build rapport, are leaving. My guess is that they are gearing up for a more corporate approach (and stressing the employees with meaningless metrics like adherence and conformance, per customer average sales, etc.).
I'm more than happy to speak to anyone there about this (I'm also more than happy to counsel you in preventing the turnover that is most likely about to happen (or is already occurring)).
So, now that we are going to eliminate the innately good things, it is hard to overlook the bad things; The parking is a joke. The ingress and egress lines are skewed and half the people driving are high. Recipe for disaster, maybe get on that and avert future lawsuits (or create disclaimer that people sign upon leaving, that one is free). The hours are not ideal. There are places that open earlier and stay open later. The selection is not great. You'll be hard pressed to find anything with decent potency, and even harder pressed to get a high from it (look up "Delta Extraction Vs Missouri Regulators").
Again, the people who were there to happily greet and assist are why these outliers were overlooked.
I'm sure I'll see one of you again in the next 24 to 72 business hours. I'm always open to chat, feel free to call.
Hopefully you can course-correct, however, if you've been bought by a larger entity, what this is, is now a was. The tell is the copy/paste bullshit website that everyone else uses.
This is truly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe budtenders and other staff here are simply the best!!! I could name names, but Iām sure the combined spledifferess personalities melded together to create such a pleasant working environment, that it radiates that energy to the customers. Multiple staff members greet me by name before they even look at my ID, they have shown genuine care and considerations specific to my needs. (one individual noticed my voice was more hoarse than usual and made a suggestion for a less harsh smokable, because they knew I preferred to dabble in several different ways to consume cannabis!) The store is busy but you get in and out quickly on any given regulation business day, even if you donāt wish to place an order online. This is however a very smart, fair, and efficient way to keep the line moving, and everyone maintains a welcoming atmosphere, but are conscientious of those of us stopping on the way to somewhere or trying to get home to our furballs and other loved ones. I could go on, really, I could, but I think Iām nearing my maximum character allowance on google reviews. I love you guys, and the fact that I still have the friend/dealer relationship with my plug, even if it is now all legal and official business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to pick up an online order. After I leave, I get a text with my husband's name saying my reward points went to him. It was 310 points, as I spent a good amount of money there. I call them, 2 minutes after I left to tell them. The girl that took the call said "this happens all the time" then I say, well it shouldn't because if I were a medical marijuana patient, it would be a HIPAA violation. So next I guess I get a manager and he proceeds to be rude, stating that I must have made an order under my husband's name. Nope. I used my because I get a certain percentage off, on Mondays. The (male) manager then tried to "mansplain" it to me, while talking over me, when I was trying to verify my information. I just recently removed a bad review that I gave them right after they opened, because they gave me the wrong strain. My bad. Should have left it, because they truly deserved it. So see ya later Proper there's a ton more places in Soco to give my business to. Manager may want to adjust his attitude, because they were the one that made the mistake. Let them get sued, later down the road, when it really will be a...
