Remember when customer service was a priority for the retail industry? Well Lane Bryant has not forgotten this concept. Incredible staff at the South County location! They are knowledgeable, listen and care about your needs and wants regarding what brought you into the store for the day, and best of all check to see how you are doing after you have started to try things on. Very respectful if you don't need anything or there to assist if you need different sizes or similar products. For me the prices can be a little high, but the quality of the clothes is excellent and I shop when there are sales or I have received a great coupon via email. Read moreI bought a lot of new tops off the clearance rack a couple of nights ago, I was in a hurry so I didn't try them on. Three of the 11 tops didn't look good on, so I brought them back for return the next day and they refused to take them back, suggesting that I donate them to goodwill or a church clothing drop box. The customer service was good, but it would've been nice for someone to tell me that clearance sales were final, especially since they knew I hadn't tried anything on. I ended up buying 7 of them (look on their site for coupons and sign up for texts for another coupon...and for email coupons).
