The Gathering Table — Local services in Melbourne

Last week was our first time checking out The Gathering Table and we had a great experience. There were a total of 9 people in our class. We split into 4 groups and there were 4 different stations for us to prepare and cook our meals. All ingredients and instructions were provided. The plan was well thought out and everything came together nicely. There was plenty of food for everyone to enjoy and it felt great to work together as a team to bring the meal together. There were 2 tables to sit at and the food was served family style. Water was provided and the recipes we made were emailed to us after class so we could make them at home if we'd like. Everything was well thought out and ran smoothly. The experience was well worth it and a good value for the cooking lesson and the delicious and filling meal! What a wonderful evening my girlfriend and I just spent at the gathering table in downtown Melbourne, Florida. The menu set for the evening was Mexican and there were eight guests tocook up the fabulous menu. My girlfriend and I were responsible for Sriracha coleslaw, the blackened fish for fish tacos (another group did the homemade tortillas) and margarita cheesecake shooters! The staff was absolutely amazing and really cared about teaching us as we were cooking...As you can see by the pictures there was plenty to go around and no one went hungry!
