So I put something on hold in the am (was told I could and that she would), came later that day to get it and it's not there. Mind you it's the last day of said sale and I had drove 45 minutes to come get it! Well when I get there I ask for it, girl behind the counter looks all over for it (she was helpful) but says she can't find it. Its not their so I ask if there is anyway at this point if I could somehow still get it. Maybe order it or purchase the qualifying products and get it whenever it comes in again. ( It was a gwp item). She says she doesn't know if she can that she was new so she will call up a manager. That was fine. This manager on the other hand had the nastiest attitude towards me when I had asked if we could do anything about this. She was saying how the employees aren't supposed to hold gwp items (which I didn't know. All I know is they said they could and would hold it) and then says to me "even IF she did tell you she would hold it we don't do that here." So wait hold up..... IF?!?! NOW IM A LIAR??????? I just can't get over how rude she was to me. I literally had to go process it and figure out if she had really just talked to me this way. Don't worry though I was assured by my 12 YEAR OLD niece who was standing there the whole time how rude she really was. My niece looks at me and says WOW! I can't believe you didn't snap! That girl was being so rude and snappy with you. THE PROBLEM IS THE WAY SHE HANDLED THIS SITUATION. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand when employees do something wrong, but your job as a manager is to fix it. As much as I go in there and as much as I spend to be treated this way I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. All she had to do was be nice and not catch an attitude with me, but I guess she was incapable. Read moreProbably the worst location I’ve ever shopped at. I tried to return two bras with no receipt and called ahead to ask if I would still be able to get my money back and they said yes. When I get there, I explain my situation and I get passed off to a manager and then that manager doesn’t know what to do, so I get passed off to another manager who tells me I can only get store credit. Then I’m like whatever fine that’s not what they said in he phone but okay. And then i don’t have the tags because they were a gift and they say they can’t return anything without a tag for anything, not even store credit. Why can’t they get a tag with another bra in the store that’s the same and match the lowest price at least?? I leave just giving up, out of 100$ worth of bras and before I can tell them thanks anyway all 3 of the employees helping me had their backs turned in their own personal conversation. I felt so ignored the entire time by management and staff, I didn’t feel like they even tried to do the best they could for me. I work retail and I don’t think that’s how a store should be run. No one greeted or talked to me or at least tried to make me feel like I was listened to. Worst store experience. Not just Victoria secret but any store, this sucked....
