I have been an express fan and customer for years, I mean dating back to 2007. This is the only place I shop for my work attire. I’m in management and my company allows us to shop wherever as long as we color coordinate so my office staff and I typically order online. I purchased a $500 order for myself on April 18th, received my clothes about a week and a half later. They’ve changed the editor pant so many times that my same size is always different. Anyways, 2 pairs of trousers I ordered didn’t fit quite right, I’ve been extremely busy with work so today May 25th, I drove to my local express store to make a return. The gentleman working explained since it had been 30 days since my order, they were unable to return. Okay, no big deal, I asked if I could just exchange them for a better fitting pair. He said unfortunately, they couldn’t even exchange past 30 days. Although, I was frustrated, it wasn’t his fault-he was following policy. My frustration is with the company. I simply grabbed my bag and left deciding to call customer service to see if they could let me mail in my items and exchange, again the woman on the phone said no. This has to be the worst customer service experience. I literally cannot wear these pants. They’re too big! Maybe if express could stop changing the sizing, this wouldn’t be a common occurrence. I could understand if I was trying to make a return 6 months later. I literally received my order April 25th. Today is May 25th and I’m simply trying to make an EXCHANGE! Not everyone has time to drive to the store right after a delivery. I’m so frustrated, not because I can’t get my money back, but because I have $208 dollars worth of slacks that I can’t wear. I’ll donate them but I will no longer give my business to this company. So disappointed because I truly love all my clothes from here. I’ll attach a photo of my delivery date...

However, the Amar guy, tall with glasses, that works there has made my shopping experience a tad bit intolerable for me. to even want to come back to this location. My first experience with him , he was way too pushy in requesting I sign up for a line of credit with the store. He literally almost made me yell, "I said I don't want it."
He also was telling me, I might as well get everything when I said I didn't want something that was the wrong size , saying just take it to a seamstress.
In the end of the transaction he told me he didn't ring 2 items and proceeded to rings the items again, after deciding to review my initial receipt, I noticed , I in fact did purchase already. Lastly in the process of doing a return, I asked him since it was my debit card and not credit could I get my return in cash and he said , I already sent it back to your card because that needs an override..... I'm sure he is good at something but customer service and express quality,...
