DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE A RETURN, EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD RETURN THE ITEM. The rude woman working there acted like I was annoying her trying to return an item. So very rude. When I explained to her, I was told two different times that I could return the dress while I was checking out she acted like I Was lying to her about being told this information. Why would I drive 35 miles to return address that I was told I could not return? I live in a different state. I wouldn’t lie about being told they wouldn’t return when I asked two different times. On top of it all their dresses are extremely cheap poorly made, and the store is dirty. Gross. I do not recommend anyone shop here. Rude cashier, no clear order for proceeding to register when I got up to counter after being called she said Cash or Card, I said Cash she said you have to go over there, with a tude. There was no signage saying which register I should be at to pay cash! Furthermore I was told I needed to have the exact change, or I couldn't purchase. If you know Saturday is a busy day for shopping especially during homecoming season, it would behoove you to have the correct change or bills for your customers. I hate to say it, but it was a very Memphian experience. A difficult return at first because there was not a tag on the item I was returning. My stepdaughter claims there was not a tag on the dress when she bought it (I’m thinking she wanted an excuse to keep the little piece of cloth she called a dress). The manager was so kind to make an exception and let me return the dress, I had a receipt for it. I told her it was the only exception ever needed because my stepdaughter would not be shopping from here again. Thank you for the exception. This store has decent casual clothes and dress attire.
