I had a horrible experience getting crowns with Dr. Seller’s. I feel like all they want is your money, and they don’t really care about the outcome. I’m not even sure I needed both of the crowns, now. Regardless, I got them 10 months ago and they were painful and unusable from day one. I went back 4 times (I think) to try to figure out what was wrong. I was either told they were fine or they adjusted them slightly… then I was charged an additional $80ish dollars. I paid around $2600 for them initially. And then when they were painful, through no fault of my own, I was charged more. I was fed up, and I switched dentists. The new dentist is wonderful, and did all he could to help (free of charge). He also informed me that Dr. Sellers had damaged one of my teeth next to the crown, and I would probably end up with a cavity there. They also thought it was borderline unethical to charge for crown adjustments. The pain lessened, but hadn’t gone away. Then, one of the crowns fell off while I was out of town. I went to a dentist a family member recommended. He was great. He said he had a lot of concerns about how it was put on initially. There was barely any adhesive. Clearly it was not bonded well, and that could have caused a lot of the pain. So far I don’t think the one he put back on is in pain. So it looks like I will have to have the other one removed and re-done if I want it to be pain-free… at my own expense. I asked for a refund after explaining all of the issues I have had even after the first 6 months that I continued to seek care at Grove Park, but they did not care. No one would call me back to speak further. They offered Dr. Sellers to redo them at no charge, but I don’t have any confidence left in her. If all you ever need is a cleaning twice a year, you will probably be fine here. Otherwise, I...
Read moreI went today for the first time. It's been a long time since I have been to see a dentist since my last visit with another dental office did me in. I had a deep cleaning at the other place, and some other work. I left that place with so much pain in my mouth from the deep cleaning, a cracked tooth and one tooth had to get pulled do to the damage that dentist caused. So I was scared to go to the dentist. Everyone was friendly and Emily worked on my mouth today, she did a deep cleaning. My mouth has no pain this time from the deep cleaning and Emily was very detailed about what was going on and needs to be done. Thank yall for helping me get my mouth back clean with out causing more damage!
6/11/2025- still love this place. I have gone in for routine follow up. Charity is absolutely on her game. Dr.Sellers well she just knows what the heck she is doing and my mouth is finally getting back to normal. I'm not longer afraid to smile or hold my head just the right way so my teeth look some what decent. And Brittany the office manager, she is the best. Always smiling and cracking jokes, love...
Read moreI should have left when Dr. Cochran merged with them and then made the decision to retire. Since my first visit I’ve always felt uncomfortable. The hygienist I usually see is pretty sweet and pretty thorough and I’m appreciative, but the rest of the staff is very underwhelming. Honestly today I felt very disregarded. The receptionist (older one specifically) just doesn’t seem to be good with people. I can only speak from my experience and every time I come the experience gets worse. I almost walked out but I held...
