I specifically requested a short bar tongue ring and was told the product i was given on this day was said merchandise. When I got home after sterilizing product, I found out immediately that the item was NOT was I requested and was told was the item I specifically asked for. I was very clear and concise. I feel like I overpaid for it before even getting to try it. I want a refund. I feel ripped off. The woman seemed confident and told me she was giving me what I was specifically asking for.
