I was a customer with Henry Hooper's office for about 18 months. I did not have a great experience. There were several times when I needed assistance and either got no response or had to make multiple calls, email, and trips into the office to get it worked out. For example, I needed to provide proof of insurance for my car loan. The credit union was unable to get the agent's office to send them the information, so I had to make at least 3 trips into the office, make multiple phone calls, and send many emails just to ensure that this State Farm office actually sent the information. This whole process took 3 months. Another issue involved getting insurance for a new vehicle. After calling the office several times (different days, different times of day) with no answer, I finally called the corporate office to get what I needed.
