Taco Bell — Restaurant in Memphis

I am not one to ever review anything, let alone a Taco Bell...but I frequent this Taco Bell because it is right across the street from where I work, and there are so many other choices. The reason I keep coming back is simple. Every day I walk in the door I am greeted with a GENUINE smile, the folks working there always ask how my day is going, and even ask “are you staying for lunch with us today Mr.Ethan?”. They are so so so friendly and it’s NOT just me...they greet and care about each customer walking through the door! They keep the store extremely clean, I don’t think I’m there is a time I have been in the store that someone wasn’t sweeping or wiping tables or refilling sauce packet stations or something. They are none stop GOING! These guys at this store deserve some recognition. I never in my life have written a review for a fast food place EVER...the service is so good that they even call me by name (after the first few visits)...always a smile, always excellent service, and sure they get busy sometimes so it may take an extra moment or two BUT it’s always fresh, always prepared with care (no joke one day I sat down and one of the ladies came out because she thought my order may have been wrong just to check, it wasn’t wrong and honestly even if it was wrong at that point I don’t think I would have cared just because of the level of care and thoughfullness behind the entire staff at this location.) THAT is how much they care. Never have I ever in my life been treated so well at of all places a fast food restaurant...the staff is simply amazing and truly cares HONESTLY cares. They make me smile every time I come in. It’s like having lunch with family (being from Pittsburgh I am a long way from home). Huge applause to the crew there...outstanding, supurb, wonderful folks. Again...I can’t believe I feel this way about of all things a Taco Bell...but that crew there...they deserve a hats off and and to know they are appreciated :-) I may sound like a Taco Bell advertisment right now but I can assure you that I have no affiliation with This location or any location for that matter or even know someone in my personal life that works there. But dang it...tell yah what those folks are awesome! Hats off, kudos, and much love to the hardworking crew of this Taco Bell :-) I hope this gets to your home office and maybe you guys at least get a high-five and a job well done. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and it makes my lunch hour everyday (lol and when yah guys ask me where I have been if I don’t stop in) :-) Side note if management would like to verify that this is a true review I have all of my receipts. Just comment back :-) Real customer...real person...just so happen to never really post google reviews.

So I paid almost ten dollars for your ground beef on a potato chip and then three thugs came into the restaurant with a dog. This was not a service animal, such as stress or seeing eye dog, but just a yappy toy dog running around the place (trip hazard) and one that scattered fur and dander all over. Doesn't that violate the local health code? I picked up my food and alerted the manager who then kicked these people out of the restaurant dining area. The thugs then became abusive and made racial slur comments to and about me. I objected and they let me know about how they would be about beating me up in the parking lot on the way to my car. Do you actually have standards (as a food chain)? I'm a retiree and these were young punks with a remarkable sense of entitlement. They can do as they please and everyone else be damned. Since I am unsafe in your place of business (I could probably fight off one hostile punk, but not three at the same time), I suppose that I need to eat somewhere else.

By the way, to Hospitality Tennessee - thanks for the bogus and stupid form letter response answering none of...

I tried calling to just speak to the manager no answer. So here’s my google review. I placed two orders the first order was 50 plus dollars and the second was like 8 plus dollars. The guy on the mic was slick rude. When I placed my first order which I guess to him was a large order. When I told him I had a second he was on the mic saying second order like I was ordering to much food. Smh! Then when I get home my orders were correct. But when I tell you this was the soggiest, nastiest, thrown together Taco Bell. I hadn’t been in a while(I see why now). I decided to not to cook tonight. That’s my own fault. These restaurants and the people working in them don’t have good work ethics anymore. But I definitely won’t be visiting this location again. Serve better quality food to this particular location and whatever manager was on...
