They didn't have anything in stock that we liked so we went with two custom rings that's made to order. We provided clear instructions on our rings such as material, karats, type of dimonds, dimond placement, etc yet still after they sent us the first 3d model, both rings had issues and mind you, we had to wait 1 week for them to send it to us. After we told them about the discovered issues that we found in their 3D CAD drawing, one week later they tell us "the factory can't produce rings" because of bla bla bla... all in all 3 weeks later we ended up with nothing but wasted time that I can't get back. Came and got my deposit back and won't ever be back again. Nothing personal, just business 💁🏻‍♂️

Mike, don't make promises you cannot fulfill. At the very beginning you told us you can make anything and now you're backing out of your words. To be completely honest with you it is your problem if you have to pay somebody for the CAD designs. As your potential customers, I think, we did everything right. We gave you pictures and all of the details that you would need in order to make a ring. You come back to us with something we did not ask you to make (14k vs asked 18k gold and everything else). I appreciate that you take the time to reply to my comment however had you not told us at the very beginning that our rings are too complicated we would not have gone...

I stopped by Walsons to shop for my wedding band as well as several other pieces of jewelry for my upcoming wedding. Karim, the owner and manager, was so approachable and helpful. He treated us like family and not one time pressured us into buying anything. In fact, he told me point blank to not purchase right now and come back after a little bit of time to see if I still liked the wedding band I picked out since it is such a big investment. My mom and I stayed at the shop for 1.5-2 hours where Karim let us browse leisurely and answered several questions for us along the way. My fiance and I found a ring a Walsons and were told by Kairm, the manager, that if we purchased with them and were not happy with the product or had a change of mind, we could get a full refund. I ordered a ring they had in the store and was on their website and was told it would be a "custom order" to "save me money". Before the ring was ever even in their possession, I informed them that we had changed our mind. Karim then was adamant that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee due to it being a "custom order" on an item that they never even got in the first place and forced me to sign a document stating that I wouldn't sue or he wouldn't return Any of my money. Mind you this is still for something I never even took possession of as they never had...
