First time at this location, and I will not be back. If you don’t want to encounter the manager’s (Megan) unprofessionalism , I wouldn’t recommend. She didn’t want to wax my legs even though I arrived 20 mins prior to my appoint time. I got what was included in the $75 special but she decided she would overcharge because she didn’t want to do it & I originally booked for Brazilian/ underarms. I was also told by another employee that witnessed this incident that she went to the front and told her receptionist that she was going to “prove a point to me” because I added legs to my service and overcharge me for the service. Had an unpleasant experience during checkout with her and the receptionist, I’ve never had a problem adding any service to my appointment at the other location (especially if there was more than enough time to do so) they love add ons, I will...

The first time I went the services was exceptional. But the next few times I have visit the waxer I requested cancelled my appointment with no said reason mind you I’m always professional and I was pleased with my services. And when asked what was the problem there wasn’t a response. But the next waxers would leave hair and I have brought this to their attention,but I will no longer visit the Cordova location.
