Let me start off by saying the vibe is cute, drinks are good and refreshing. The fruit teas are great as well. The food is good besides the lobster balls.. those almost made me throw up because it’s literally just a balled up lump of imitation crab meat that they decided to fry and it has no seasoning whatsoever.. just a big pink fried ball of nothing. The music is EXTREMELY loud and so are the people due to talking over the music so if you’re a person that gets easily overwhelmed or overstimulated then it will drive you up the wall, you literally have to yell to order. The girl with the glasses and fat cheeks, she acts like she knows nothing, every time we ask her a question all she knows to say is “Huhh” as if we’re asking her to solve a scientific problem and I noticed she always has a habit of not greeting people that have masks on, I thought it was a black thing but no. Anyone who has on a mask she will not speak to. I also don't understand the reasoning of making people get this extra large cup when everyone might not want a large cup of fruit tea or milk tea. Sometimes I may just want a medium or small cup , even for little kids, they should not have to get an extra large cup. Won’t be back...

Went here because it is one of my siblings favorite places. They were not busy so I assume the reason for a poor drink was a mistake. It happens. The attitude not so much. There were alot of options so I went last in my group so I could try one of the drinks I thought about getting "Midnight Rice MT JP brown rice, sesame foam ". It was flavorful but not overpowering so this is what I ordered as it was just what I was looking for that day. When I got mine it tasted of just milk or milk and water. I asked the team who were sitting around and not busy to remake it. I was told they made it right. I had to insist that it got made again. I don't understand why I was given so much disdain for having to have a drink remade. I wasn't ordering something else. I wanted the same drink. It appears a mistake was made. Finally got my drink and it was correct this time in flavor comparison to the one my friend had. I would have like to have enjoyed this experience and this place but the staff...
