We aren't ones to be too flashy and we didn't want to spend a large amount on an engagement ring for my fiancée and wedding band for myself. However, with our limited budget they SURPASSED EVERY EXPECTATION THAT WE HAD. Her ring turned out to be so beautiful and they made it by themselves practically!!! I repurposed my late father's wedding band for myself and it almost brought me to tears with how well they did with it. I feel as though we didn't know exactly what we wanted and explained to the best of our ability to them what our visions were. They took it from there and knew exactly what to do without any issues. They worked in such a timely manner at such a reasonable price compared to other competitors. We don't regret any of the money we spent on services here. Just such a pleasant and perfect experience. From the moment I walked Joe was great! He looked at my wedding set and was able to tell me how many diamonds were loose and what needed to be done to fix it. I originally brought it in to have a diamond replaced that had fallen out. My set is platinum and I throughly enjoyed talking to a jeweler who also loves platinum. We replaced that, resized, and soldered together. All my diamonds are now secure and my ring is even more beautiful than the first day I bought it! A plus service and great turn around time. I had a pearl necklace break and I decided to restrand only 3 pearls onto a gold necklace. Ended up having them placed on a tricolor of white, gold, and rose gold. It was an original creative idea I had and I talked it over with the fella who designs the jewelry. The result? A beautiful masterpiece of a necklace which I plan to give as an heirloom to my daughter some day. An awesome experience indeed and quality workmanship and excellent service!
