Had an ok experience while I was there. Got a pedicure and an acrylic fill. I went in Thursday April 22, and by the next day (Friday) my nail started to bubble. At first it was just one on my left hand, then another on my left hand, and then on Saturday a piece of polish from my right thumb just flakes right off. I wasn’t sure if it was a bubble and popped or what, but it bothered me so I left a Facebook review. By Monday this week the original nail that bubbles has ripped open. Troy (works at the shop. He took my payment the day I of my initial service) responded that he wasn’t sure if we were talking about the same shop, but if it was he remembers I was in a couple days before. You can read the Facebook review to prove that was in fact the location, another customer verified it). He obviously remembered me. If you read all of the negative reviews his default is, “ I don’t think we’re talking about the same location, but if we are...” Anyway, he asked me to make an appointment and I told him I’d let him know. I am a full time work from home mom of 2, and split my time between home and taking care of my bed ridden dad in menifee. My schedule is hard to figure out and mold on a moments notice.

So Troy wrote me yesterday that I needed to come in soon, as he is not responsible for anything past 10 days of service. That’s fine, I respect that do I requested the next day (today, Thursday) at 4. We are all set .

I go in for my service. I wanted a color change because I did not trust the product (gel nail polish) they used a week before so I wanted a different color. I didn’t want the color out of the same bottle. The nail tech said he’d have to charge for a polish change, so I said ok well I’m not comfortable paying for anything more when this was an error of theirs. Either bad polish or they didn’t sit me to dry long enough. Either or, not to my fault. So, when he wouldn’t do the color change I walked to the front and asked for my money back.

The owner, she has the first desk at the front, started pointing at her 3 day “fix it” policy behind the plant on the counter. I said ok, and showed her the Facebook conversations from Troy (that clearly said 10 days) and asked is she’d honor anything he said. She said no, what he says doesn’t matter. That she’s the owner and everything goes through her and she would fix my one nail and that’s it.

As I walked from the chair to the front a hand full of the customers snickerd, “who comes back 7 days later?!” I did respond with sorry I have a fully time job and kids it’s the soonest I could come in. I stepped back by the door to update my Facebook review and the owner kept telling about how they were not responsible for anything more than the one nail, and if I actually got my nails done offren I’d know this...she went on. I’ve been getting my nails done for over TWENTY years my nails have NEVER bubbled like that with gel.

So I tried explaining why I did not trust the product and don’t want the same one she just kept yelling about fixing one nail.

I just walked out, the conversation was not getting anywhere. I sat in my car and a customer who was there at the moment starts commenting to me on fb about how unreasonable I was and they did everything to try and help me (they did no the more that yell and embarrass me).

I’m drained, and wish I would’ve listened to all of the bad reviews on here that mention the “threatening” customer service they clearly keep exhibiting.

The worst with kids !!!!!!

I brought my daughter here and immediately regretted that decision, they are rude and snappy,

my daughter was so excited to go, I told them to just paint her nails but always assumed with the Pedi selection they'd wash and with Mani they would clean the nails? my daughter is 6 and has had amazing salon treatment before no complaints, The nail techs just did a very basic paint which is fine but they kept snapping at her to stay still to even walking away and yelling it across the room like what was that????? she asked are you gunna wash my feet too? as that is her favorite part and they said nope.. I reassured her no worries baby girl we will do the diamond on it because she wanted to be like me and I asked the nail tech if they could add a diamond and she said no.... like my daughter has had diamonds flowers and beautiful work done no complaints from anyone ever. This was by far the worst and I didn't catch the girls name but im sure the girl with glasses can tell you exactly who it was because she was originally going to do my daughter but left right when someone else walked in she left my daughter and switched out. I go here all the time for my nails and brows and after that I will not be going back and I shouldn't of tipped the girl that kept snapping at her........

There is only one guy there not the one with spiky hair but the older one that has done my daughters nails before and he was amazing even did a flower and made her feel comfortable to even doing the wash and cleaning her nail he didn't snap at her or yell across the room or make her feel any type of way. whatever girl I got after that ew... he needs to up and leave that place the salon has a lot of fake smiles and so much tension. for no reason.

I'll give them 0 star for the horrible customer service I ever had in a nail salon. Cheaters deceivers . See when I go to a nail salon if you give me good job just be honest I will come back. And will give you good tips. I wanted Nina for her gel design.i called made an appointment I told them what I want. I got there they started on my feet. I have been saying I want the design I want to see design to pick one. Nina been not answering they started talking their language which I find very disrespectful but that's the case in every freaking nail salon. Anyway. She told me 30 dollars for my feet and 32 dollars for my hands too. I said fine. I had to give tips to 3 people because first one did my feet then one started my hand then did not finish. Someone else finish. And at the check out they charged me 37 for my hand 37 for my feet and 10 dollars extra for little design stone put on 2 nails. They call it diamand. I am just shocked. Anyway.
