I always seem to have issues with this pharmacy, and I don't even use them very often. I usually just brush it off, but after today....I can't do it anymore. I have to say something. It's to bad I have to give them at least 1 star because they sure don't deserve it. First of all.. I dropped an RX off at the drive thru and a guy named John was useless. He told me that my RX was already processed at the mail order pharmacy. I asked him to please call and get a vacation over ride because I won't receive the order until after I'm gone. He flat out lied to me and told me he can't do it because of HIIPA. He told me that I had to make the phone call to get them to over ride it. So, I drove around the corner of the building and made the phone call to express scrips, they told me it was already processed for #60 for my copay. I asked express scrips about what John had told me about having to call myself and she said " that is done by the pharmacy when processing, the pharmacy makes the call, not the patient." I then called Walgreens back and a girl answered and I explained to her what John had told me, she said she would talk to him and let him know he is to make that call. She also said my RX was not ready so she said that there must be a glitch in the system. I asked her to please call me when the RX is done she said ok. That was around 1pm. I still haven't heard from them, it was after 7:45pm. I finally called the store to see if it was ready, the girl said it was. I then asked to speak with the manager, she said I would have to wait a little bit, ( a little bit was 15 minutes) a girl finally answered the phone and I asked if she was the pharmacy Manager, she said "no, the manager was not there today" So I waited on hold for 15 minutes for someone to tell me the manager wasn't there. Why didn't the first girl tell me that instead of putting me back on hold, This was a pharmacy tech. you mean the girl didn't even know her manager wasn't there?? What kind of place are they running??? Not a good business!!! I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!! Liars...

They got them done in one week(!) even though I'm pretty sure they send them to the same photo developer on the East coast that everyone else does - others like CVS and even other Walgreen's take 4-6 weeks to develop. However, they didn't call me to let me know they were ready for pick up. I called them 4 weeks later and the employee on the phone laughed and said, "Sometimes we forget to call people." What is the point of having a faster service if you don't let your customer know their photos are ready?
One set of pics is fine, and the CD with digital copies works, although on the CD they were all upside down (I had to manually flip them). The second set of pics printed out fine as well, but the CD was blank. So I had to go back in to the store to order another CD. A week later (still no call, I had to call them) I got the new CD and the pics on there were fine, too. Read moreMy pregnant wife, who is sick, went in this morning to try to find some medicine to help with her cold. Without knowing what she can take she attempted to ask the pharmacy for assistance. The person at the pharmacy was very rude to her and scribbled some medicines down on a sticky note and handed it to her. My wife grabbed what was on the sticky then called our doctor to confirm it was safe and they were shocked to hear the pharmacy told her to take that because it has alcohol in it. She called our doctor because she refused to ask the person at the pharmacy for anymore help. My wife almost took it but listened to her gut feeling and double checked with someone who wasn't rude and far more helpful.
