This place is super small be prepared to wait outside in line especially when using Amazon to drop of returns.
If you are dropping of mail, please note mail is picked up by 2pm so if you drop any off after 2 it will sit there until the next day. Sadly when I dropped off my USPS package there NO ONE MENTIONED THAT!!! I had checked the status of my package later that evening and there was no movement on the package so I had to drive back out to the store to check the status the next day.
You would think the associate would inform me of that important ā2 pm pick upā information right? Well no she didnāt ( I didnāt get her name, but Iām gonna go back to the store and get her name so that way if youāre ever in her line ask for a manager) all the associate would say she didnāt know, USPS scans it, itās not there, they donāt have it, thereās nothing she can do. This was her wonderful (not) effort to ensure me that any package I left here would be processed according.
I asked to speak to the manager Maria, and she was super helpful she gave me the information I needed. In fact, my package was still there. It was right behind me in a large canvas bin. She was the one who informed me that mail comes out to pick at 2pm anything dropped off after that stays in the bin until the following day. It looks like I went at 2:45. She even dug to the bottom of the bin and pulled out my package to show me. Wow! It took a manager to actually āhelp meā.
Whatās up with these lazy ( associates ) people who just conduct themselves as if they work for free and will ABSOLUTELY NOT help you. This is their job they get paid to do it. You mean the associate had no idea the mail was still piled up behind me? She couldnāt even ask ādo you remember what time you came inā? By the way if you came after 2 pm it wouldnāt be picked up until today, I mean say something to the customer other than āI donāt knowā because ā¦ā¦ā¦I donāt know how you got hired or still have a job with all of your lack of service. Be prepared for stupidity at its finest....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hold a business box at this location for a company that I manage. The store owner(s) seem to be extremely inconsiderate of their customers/PMB box holders. I have had at least two terrible experiences with this store, and a few other bad experiences not worth depicting. My first concern: 1) Our supplier shipped product to the incorrect address. Instead of shipping it to our job site, they shipped it to our mailing address which is the PMB Box at this UPS Store. We requested that our supplier have the boxes of product picked up via their shipping carrier (FedEx) and reshipped to the correct location. Because the (5) boxes were large (3' x 3') and I could not fit them in my small car on the day that they arrived to the UPS Store, the owner(s) charged us $100 as a storage fee for having them from Friday to Monday, literally just a few days, one of which they aren't even open. They required me to pay $100 or they would not release the boxes to FedEx (that they wanted removed from their store). Talk about blackmail. Keep in mind, this is our business mailing address for our PMB Box. My second concern: 2) They decided to relocate their store to a suite a few doors down. While I understand they likely did this to have more space, it is a HUGE inconvenience for business box holders. We have 100's of customers, suppliers, government agencies, etc. that this will be a huge labor expense to have everything updated; including business checks, business cards, company preprinted envelopes, etc. They offered no assistance or discount for this extreme inconvenience. I have emailed the store multiple times and have been told that the emails are being forwarded to the store owner(s), yet, I have received no response for weeks. Do yourself a favor, take your business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust a bunch of teens that are constantly messing around. The service is never good. But this time was the last straw. I called prior to make sure they had a printing service. They said yes. I arrive and try to print out my label at the machine and couldn't figure it out so I asked for help. There were 4 teens "working" and I was the only customer in there at the moment. After a few minutes of waiting, one teen finally acknowledge me. I asked for his help and he said oh you can't print that there, we have to print it out on this side and it's going to be three dollars. $3 to print out a page! I told him I thought prints were only 15cents. He explained that they would be printing out in a label and those are $3. I told him I thought they had a printing service as I had already called and confirmed so I just wanted to print it out myself and tape it to my box. I had brought my own tape. He was condescending and angrily said you can't use our services for free! You have to pay. I told him I knew that and again said how I was trying to print it out myself for the few cents vs having them use their fancy label machine and paying $3. He then said oh we don't do that here. That machine is for copies only. š¤¦š»āāļø We will have to print it back here and those are the sticker labels. I said fine I'll pay the $3 and he asked another guy, which was on the other side of the store talking to the two teen girl employees, to help me. That guy charges me. Then takes his sweet time and is just messing around and laughing with the girls. He finally gets it printed and its a freaken PIECE OF COPY PAPER!! Not a sticker label that I got...
