I must say it was disappointing to see the gentleman at this store fall to greed and truly heartbreaking. I had visited this store numerous time and every time he would make comments like, “Oh you got money or you make good money.” Even making comments of what do you do for a living . How much your car cost. Most people don’t notice these comments but I do and I always pay attention to detail.

The water is priced petty high at $2.50 a five gallon. But the service merits the price. In reality I would pay $3.00 a five as it is a small business. Unfortunately, the greed of the man was too much for me to take. Here is what happen the man/owner shows me that I have a broken cap on one of my 5 gallons. The owner proceeds to asked if I would like to replace it and I said yes.

As he totals it up at first it was $11.00. 4-5 gallons for $2.50 each equals $10.00 plus a dollar for the replacement lid. Pricy yes but no big issue. Until the man notices all the change I put in the counter and takes an additional $2 making the price of the lid $3.00. The owner is sharp but is Conning you in the process as he does not stop talking to you. He distracts your attention alway from the money and distracts you.

As I loaded my 5- gallons I did the math and it didn’t add up as the man charged me $3.00 for a .15 cent lid. I approached the man and told him you charged me $3.00 for a replacement lid. He said yes. I respond with the water is expensive and now your charging $3.00 for a plastic lid that cost you .15 cents. I told him you got me on $3.00 this time but I will not come to your business again. I told him he takes advantage of customers.

Earlier I mentioned he man asked what I did for a living. That is not important but one thing I can share is I never jumped over a dollar to make a dime.

His business model takes advantage of people and unfortunately this man will struggle for this. He business model is wrong and no need to rob your customers. Consumers don’t get scammed and remember now days they rob you with a smile.

It’s very disappointing and I honestly feel pity...

I’ll start with that the gentleman working was nice. However, I can’t get over the price.

This was the first time I’ve visited here. I asked if they had alkaline to which the man working kindly pointed to his pricing listed on the wall. The alkaline price was covered by a drink fridge but I can see it said $2. So I thought, $2 for a 5 gallon was a good price. I came with three 5 gallon bottles and decided to buy an additional 5 gallon for $20.

When he rang up my total it was $60! I was blown away. I questioned the price and he told me it was $2 per gallon. That’s just insane.

I gave 3 stars because at the end of the day, this is my fault for not clarifying the price. But $10 to fill up a 5 gallon bottle is way too much. I’m better off buying water...

I came in today to fill up my 5 gallon water bottle. The owner was so nice and extremely helpful! I got 5 gallons of alkaline water for only $2 per gallon! They also have purified ice, snow cones with a bunch of different flavors to choose from, tostilocos, takis, thousands of DVDs, candy, and more!!! I definitely will be coming here from now on to support this business instead of getting my water refilled from a grocery store. I recommend this place to everyone, you will leave with a huge smile on your face because of how friendly and welcoming the owner is. Please support local...
