Went to pick up drive up order, after being messaged that my order was ready for pickup. System gave me my code once, I said "I'm here." I waited a while, and then the code disappeared. I had to say I'm here again. It gave me a new code, waited another 30 minutes. Code disappeared. I did a screenshot of them. I called to check on what was taking so long. Josh told me, 'I was most likely at the wrong store."He said "they don't show me here,"then he told me I was most likely at the wrong store and to look at my email which showed Menifee(that's where I was sitting in the parking lot). He said he couldn't find an order for me. Then he said, oh will bring it out, I gave him the space number, we ended up waiting over an hour and a half and did not get our order. It's really unacceptable. They messaged me and said " come pick up your order' I do this quite a bit, and this has never happened and I've never been treated rude like this. If their system messed up, "I understand that". But, he put the blame on me three times, and didn't apologize. Then we went in and he said they had system issues, that didn't show I was here. They still would not give me my order over an hour later, because he said" it doesn't show we're here. I told him on the phone we were here earlier. he said, I know, but "they don't know your here though. (The people who bring the order to you) Why wouldn't you tell them when we called you from the parking lot? Was he going to let us sit out there for hours? I'm really confused and a little upset for anyone to treat a customer so poorly. He never tried to help me. He wouldn't get our order! I told him go ahead and cancel my order. This has never ever happened before, to be treated so rude at order pickup.

Read moreKrystal Identified as the manager gave me terrible customer service
I bought two clothing racks and drying rack
My mom Made the purchase when she was visiting so I did not have a receipt I went in with a drying rack and one clothing rack to return them and returned it no problem and she told me I could bring the next one in
Today I brought in the other clothing rack and Krystal would not return it without a receipt
She was unbelievably rude to me would not help in anyway
Apparently because I did not have a receipt and I had already returned two items without a receipt my driver liscence was rejected in the system
I understand that that’s is corporate policy to protect them, however I am sure there is another way to provide good customer service and help a paying customer that shops at target frequently
Krystal was unbelievably rude
She told me to bring someone in with another ID
I said my husband is home with my children and I cannot fit the clothing rack in my car with the car seats
I said please there has got to be another way you can help me return this here
She said I could go get my husbands ID and she would return it without him present
Are you serious ??? You cannot find a way to help me here now but you are willing to accept an illegal form of identification? You wouldn’t return as you were following corporate policy but you will accept an illegal form of identification
Wow Menifee Target , youve got some great employees
Rude to your customers , will not stand by your poorly made product and accept a return and will accept illegal forms of...
Read moreI've delayed making this post for a few months because I really love target. But unfortunately, my experiences at the Menifee store have made me feel too uncomfortable to shop at this location. The Menifee location needs to give its employees implicit bias training. Your employees make me feel like a criminal when I choose to use self-checkout and this has happened four times (yes I've counted). When I visit target, I come in with my husband, my daughter, and my newborn son. The person that is working that area will start off at the front of the self check out area. Once I start adding my items the worker will then move to the other side (near the exit) and proceed to stare at me and my family as though we are stealing. Here is my issue, if this would have happened to every family or group making purchases I'd completely understand but that hasn't been my experience. We will see a group of people who are not of color making a purchase and the worker won't look their way. It's very disconcerting that this is how black customers are valued at this store which is why I chose to speak up. I'm hopeful that if you know better you'll learn to do better. Not every black person is a thief or has a need to steal. We are regular people who happen to have a different skin color. Yes, it's that simple. Being biased is a choice, and for your sake, I hope you choose...
