Countryside Marketplace — Local services in Menifee

Horrible security presence at night around the burger stand. Great Shopping center. Night time security needs to be educated on harassment laws. The local police need to enforce them on this security company as well. Harassing people that are dining in their car. RIGHT in front of In & Out Burger. While in and out is still open. Riverside Sheriff would not take my harassment legitimately. I hope the city and the new police department can put the security company in its place. There are laws to protect you from harassment. That means harassment by Police, & security companies too. Lot hours do not apply around a business that is still open. Not to mention there is no chain blocking the parking lot from entrance or exit. This means the lot is open to the public, regardless of security. I have no problem with security doing their job. There is a time and place. I was already harassed on three different occasions. Seen a police officer pull into in & Burger. Then Park to eat his food. Security didn't say nothing to him . There is no difference. The restaurant was still open. I spoke to In and Out Burger management. They told me that this security company does that to their customers all the time. That's BS. If I was there to commit a crime, do harm, or about to, it would be obvious. No they harass legitimate people that are dining...

This center gets crowded and has heavy foot traffic and for good reason. No matter what store you go to do your business like at Chase bank or if you want to eat or shop at Best Buy, Target, Kohl’s or Lowe’s, the Marketplace sure has something for everyone and yes there is a Percocet here and I know this is not a huge mall with 300 top tier stores but for your daily things to buy or browse or do whatever it is that brings you in, I can assure you that this is a great place to go visit due to the available parking in most areas and you can go to several stores which are all in one place. I don’t really see a negative about this place with 1 exception for the time being and that is of course this sounds so cliche, “Due to COVID-19” the line for In and Out Burger is longer than a line at an Apple store at a busy mall for example. I know they are busy, COVID-19 or not, but now that people can’t eat inside the restaurant, the line is making it difficult for others to get around them if they need to get by. Here is the thing, Habit Burgers are about 20 times better and I still don’t understand why people flock to In and Out even at 1am, whether it’s in Menifee, San Diego or Los Angeles locations.
