My wonderful day shopping went wrong, when I visited this store it turned into a "Nightmare". I frequently visited the Jewelry departments when I came across a worker name Caroline I was not greeted, I'm the only person standing there...She was so rude she act like I was bothering her,instead of doing a job showing and helping customers with jewelry.I ask to see a necklace I could not open it this lady just stood there watching I asked her can she help me with the clasp. she said she cant open it and gave it back. I tried again the necklace broke. I asked her did she fell okay since she had such a negative attitude!!!I ask her could she call two stores to see if they had the necklace. she called one store. I asked her did she call the other store she went CRAZY!!Yelling right in front of her manager, the manager asked her to leave the floor it took her two minutes to leave she made such a scene the entire store stop to watch her.It's a shame to have someone like this representing your store. I''m thanking for the Manager and other Workers that were very apologetic about the embarrassment,and awful customer service I received in their store.I don't believe I will ever shop at this store...

i am NOT one to leave a negative review ever but this is by far the worst service i have ever received at a retail store before.

i loved this tjmaxx up until today. i was making returns as one usually does except this time i accidentally lost the receipts which has happened to me one time before. i tell the customer service woman this and i am immediately hit with a disrespectful tone which threw me aback, but i kept a respectful tone with her as I know it can be a little more frustrating to get this return done. She then tells me one of the pieces I got was a set which I did not know at all…and i tried to explain that to her and she just absolutely would not have it with me. She was being so disrespectful, rude, and talking to me in a condescending tone the entire time. i don’t know if it was because I am a younger woman and she is older or if it was because she just hates doing those types of returns that much, either way that type of service is unacceptable in my eyes, ESPECIALLY to a very...

I don’t even know where to start….easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a store. I’ve been looking for something for TWO YEARS!!!!! I finally found it. The lady who helped me, she grabbed me a cart and then mentioned there’s another one too. I WAS LOOKING FOR TWO!!!!!!! So I’m very grateful she mentioned about the second one. And then she put both on hold at the front. Excellent. Then everybody in between were so freaking nice. And then someone helped me out the items in my car. Super cool. I know they were just doing their job but they were nice on top of it. Silly rant but i was so delighted with the experience. I did call the store too to give them this same information. Very awesome. My Birthday weekend MADE. I will be returning. Plus the section is always AWESOME....
