I went in to have the account transferred into my name after my husband passed away. The rep said that I couldnât do that. He made me open a new account and get a brand new phone so now I have a new set of payments! Then I find out that I could have transferred the account to my name and they lied to me! Before I found out they lied, I also went in to add another phone. The rep, Braydon M, said that my total bill would be $150 a month. I was there for less than 10 mins to get this new phone. It seemed so easy. Then I got my phone bill and it was $270! I went to a different AT&T store and the rep added a discount to help me out. He told me to go back to this store so they could fix it. Turns out the discount was a military discount and I am not military. When this store asked me, I told them that I wasnât military. The manager, Fabian Munoz, accused me of being untruthful. He was very rude and made it seem like Iâm the one who said that I was in the military. So now my credibility is gone and I couldnât fight this issue with what Braydon did. I also found out that Braydon is a top performer at the store. Of course he is. He lies to people. I went back to the other store that put the military discount on my plan and the associate apologized. He was told that he could do that. The manager apologized for the behavior of the store and said that they donât like to apologize for their mistakes. I wish that I could leave AT&T but now Iâm stuck with them for at least 3 months.    Read moreThe representative Wyatt at ATT Meridian Idaho was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. I had several questions setting up my new iPhone warranty replacement phone. He was extremely patient as I definitely lack technical knowledge! This ATT location is close proximity to my new house and I will always use if needed despite other locations due to the experience I received today. I will also recommend this location to others. The manager Chris at this location was also very polite and greeted me at the door. Due to his added politeness is another reason my overall experience at this location will definitely be my go to ATT location for further issues if necessary. It was clearly evident the store and employees are taking extreme measures for COVID-19 safety which is crucial to the employees and customers. In my opinion they are on the front line helping customers like myself making sure we get help with phones and other devices when problems arise who take COVID-19 precautions seriously. It has taken one month to just simply try to upgrade my phone (which is paid off and has been since 2019- itâs an iPhone 7) they still canât process the upgrade! There system is saying I still owe on an iPhone 5 from 2015! As all the employees can see and the customer service people can see, that phone was paid off. But here I am still trying to get this random charge off my account! And to top it all off an AT&T store didnât see my phone was paid off and they had me pay $120 to upgrade. I did not get my $120 back instead they took it off my bill. And instead of telling me they put it on my bill I then proceeded to chase this $120 for weeks just to learn I will not be getting it back. Just a cheaper phone bill I guess.
