Craft Warehouse — Local services in Meridian

Edited- so I just went back to the store again last night. I'm changing my review from 4 star to 5! The staff is just so amazing I have to! Totally different staff from my first review, but still just as awesome! I will gladly pay a little more and shop in a slightly-too-dark store if i continue to get phenomenal customer service! Keep it up!

Let me start out by saying how amazing the staff was last night! Super helpful and accommodating! They were closed too and didn't tell me. I had no idea and was just shopping unaware haha. I didn't know until I overheard a customer asking if they were closed. Not once did they rush me or make me feel bad for being in there. They even were so kind to help me look for a few items i wasnt able to find. That's unheard of in retail anymore! 5 stars for service!! I will say i don't usually shop here, though. I feel like the prices can be a bit high and the store always seems too dark. But they have a good selection of all the basics. I continue to go here over the years, even if it's not my first choice. But after last night's customer service i might be a more frequent customer! Especially, now that I have taken up...

Let me first say that this really is the most amazing store and it’s unfortunate that I will never visit again, especially with the amount of money I can spend here.

I have never been treated with the amount of disrespect from a girl my daughters age like I was today. She approached me pretty quickly in the store while yelling “do not open merchandise” for opening the top of an item that I was purchasing (I was only ensuring it was the right color and you cannot see that from the box). I let it go because I’m pretty patient but then She proceeded to show back up at the register when I approached it 10 minutes later. She threw an item behind an unoccupied registered while yelling to her coworker “I don’t know how many times I have to tell people before they stop opening items” and proceeded to storm off. When I asked for her name at the register, the boy who was very nice but obviously covering for her would not give me her name. He also stated the manager was not in. Would be the dream place if everything was a lot cheaper. the only thing I go there for is beads like friendship beads, cuz those are cheap and in bulk, and I go there for the bullet journals cuz most of the time they're on sale but other than that everything is overpriced. I had to pay $7 for one sheet of stickers. I know their Harry Potter but like wow and the other stickers were way more than that. And this one store in particular for some reason it started locking their bathrooms after 5 pm, and it's a one-person not fancy at all, so that you have to ask the cashier for the key like your on a Lord of the rings quest. and the workers there at least most of them,I saw a few nice workers, openly gossip and complain loud and clear and laughing during store hours and aren't looking like their working.
