We had such a wonderful experience recently making the switch to Simmons from another jeweler due to my center stone falling out of my wedding ring twice. We took it into Simmons on a Saturday and Jay, the owner, was there and personally inspected my ring from the other jeweler and educated us on why that ring was having issues. His manager Crista then took the time to understand what was important to me and guide me through choosing a new ring. It was very apparent how knowledgeable they all are about the products as everyone was able to educate us on the quality and durability of each item we looked at. It felt like such an individualized experience and was never about pushing product and only about helping me find something so personalized to me. We ended up finding the most amazing ring with a flawless diamond and I’ve received so many compliments on it. They also have an appraiser on site that was able to appraise my ring and prepare the documentation for our insurance as well as provide me a certificate of authenticity. It was such a luxury experience!

My husband also purchased a watch and Blake is clearly the expert on watches in the valley! The education, insight and product availability was exceptional. We are so happy to have made the switch to Simmons and were so impressed with their craftsmanship, customer service and the fact that we could support a local business whose owners are on site. We will definitely be life long customers!

This is going to be a bit long so please bear with me. I had purchased my wife's engagement and wedding bands in 2010. They told us to bring the ring in every 6 months for inspection. We tried but didn't always get it in every 6 months. Skip ahead to May of 2024. My wife had been battling cancer and it had been quite a few months sense the last ring inspection. I took it to them and it did need some work and we were told about 3 weeks. A week after I took the ring in, my wife had decided to end her cancer treatment. I called Jay Simmons and told him the situation and asked if there was any way to get the ring sooner. A day or two later, they called me and said the ring was ready. I close my business at 5 and that is the same time Simmons closes. I left work a little early to try and get the ring on Friday, May 24th. I hit bad traffic and was going to be late. I called Jay and asked if someone could stay so I could get the ring. He said no problem. I picked up the ring, took it home and gave it to my wife. She instantly put it on and it shined so bright. 4 days later, my wife passed away, wearing her ring.
