Winnie's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Meridian

Every single time I walk into this store, I always receive fantastic customer service and I always find something of interest. And if I have a question, I don’t even need to ask as a sales associate usually approaches me virtually immediately. I’ve been a longtime fan of the brand in general; however, it is because of small stores like this one that I appreciate the brand even more so today. They have original, unique items that cater to the brand itself that you can’t find anywhere else including: keepsake ornaments (my personal favorite), pillows, vases, mugs, trinkets, candles, wine glasses, soaps, and much more. It has been a long time since I have been in a card store. So I may just be behind. There are a lot of little trinkets and very few cards. I needed a birthday card for my husband from me and two from the dogs. Even with help from the store clerk we never found a single birthday card from the dog. And my selection for birthday to husband was it about 25 cards. I went to the Hallmark store assuming I would have more of a selection then at Target or the grocery store. Seriously the worst customer service ever. She flipped out when I tried to return 3 ornaments that we got double of for Christmas. So apparently if you buy something there that’s Christmas themed you aren’t allowed to return it after Christmas, next year I’ll make sure to make my kids open their gifts before Christmas so we can return them if they get 2 of the same kind.
